My story

Care Home Entertainment

I have worked with many theatre groups including Kingston Vale Operatic and Dramatic Society, Crescent Operatic Society (Now disbanded) where I performed at the Dome in Brighton in My Fair Lady. For the last eleven years I have been a member of Seaford Musical Theatre, where I have directed the war time show When the lights go on again and played such parts as Dorothy in The Wizard Of Oz, Dick in Dick Whittington and Cinders in Cinderella. I have also been very fortunate to work closely and hold singing workshops with Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors during which time I have been chaperone trained and DBS checked, (Equivalent to the old CRB) I also like to help out as a volunteer singing teacher in my spare time.

Outside of the theatre I am a member of a few bands. I am currently the lead singer in a 50’s band called The Corvettes and a present day covers band called Upside down, you’ll find us performing in local pubs and clubs. I also sing solo with backing tracks and have provided the entertainment for Christmas, birthday and Street parties amongst other things. I have also helped out the infamous Fat Belly Jones on a few occasions.
